Working to always bring inspiration to Bard’s Corner is not always an easy thing. There is much to look at in the world around us and in the world of interwebs. I think too often many of us get stuck looking at a screen or with tunnel vision on a subject and we miss the other wonderful things going on.
We are often moving so fast we do not give our minds time to think. I do not believe when we are in a “veggie state” that is really the greatest time to contemplate, we have gone too far into slow mode.
No matter what belief system you have, even if you have a supposed lack of. You need to be looking at the spiritual side of your life. Being the leader to your family, friends, to those that happen to be around you. This will create an aura of authority and the sheeple will naturally want to follow your lead.
How often do we get pulled away with the new shiny ball, something that looks great and we lose the focus on the mission we started out on. This is common among even the strongest of men. You must have a mission with a clear focus.
One last thought, we should not be looking to see how far below the bar we can go like the old game limbo. Raise the bar, set it high, ask those that wish to be your friends to climb over the top, and help you to continue to raise it.

BARD’S ARTICLES OF INTEREST
It has been a bit since Padre posted to his blog Trails to the Cross. If you are Christian pay heed to his words in The Death of the Church.
“Oh the church failed a hundred years ago, it has just taken this long for the ripples in the pond to become waves crashing against the shore.“
These are true words, even at a younger age, I remember thinking in these terms. As I have aged it has only gotten worse, the church has become a shell that is empty.
4 Fundamentals for Authentic Writing and Speaking – MWA
Word selection is very important. Because words matter and this is often overlooked especially in the English/American language that we use.
“The meanings and implications of words in your writing and speaking are critical to not only delivering a message but also understanding and communicating. “
Be wary of when you use words and make sure the person you are speaking with has the same definition as you do. This will clear up a lot of confusion and save time for better debates later.
Too many now talk about the soft side of Jesus, Men or Grit brings more to light in
The Rugged Man’s Perspective of the Other Side of Jesus
“This same Jesus was also confrontational, bold, fearless, authentic, offensive, challenging, aggressive, passionate, and violent (meaning: using or involving physical force intended to hurt, damage, or kill someone or something). There are things about Jesus that make him more relatable to men like me. He was a lot more gritty and aggressive than what is usually portrayed. I like knowing Jesus had that side to his personality.“
This is the type of man other men can understand, the watered-down version that is preached today is one reason the church is full of weak men.
You Don’t Need Permission To Celebrate by The Strong Male
Why do we let society dictate what we do, we are masters of our life.
“The key is we don’t need to wait for permission to celebrate or rely on the State to create out joy. We’re going to make the day even more special for him than a long-drawn-out ceremony in a hot auditorium could ever be.“
Do you ask permission to wipe your ass, no, then why do so many think they need to ask permission for so many things in this world. At some point, it just adds to the idiocracy. Start making decisions and being a leader. Watch the world around you change.
